Had the pork gyro, sweet potato and bean salad at Sherman oaks farmers market Sunday. Hands down the best Greek food and farmers market food I’ve had I. Los Angeles. Everything was so fresh and delicious! Cannot wait for next Sunday as I want to get the beef gyro next.

Some of my favs are his spanakopita, avgolemeno soup & all the skewers he prepares to order at the Sunday Studio City Market. He caters from 1 - 1000 ppl and from formal to formal. Used him many times & he is honest, reliable & always delivers a superior product & service. Grew up on Greek food & I find everything Kostas makes authentic & delicious. Calamaki brings together what I love the most in food. Fresh seafood, organic vegetables and a modern Mediterranean touch in its dishes. It also gives to street food a restaurant value, which it is rare to find. The octopus skewers and the sweet potato pesto with pistachio and rucola are among the winners.
