Hi Bakery is a true gem in LA—a bakery and coffee spot that turns pastries into edible art. I’m so grateful for places like this that honor ancient fermentation methods with the absolute best, time-honored ingredients, including ancient grains that are stone ground and far more expensive than the commercial or conventional flour used by 99% of other bakeries.
