Wanted to give this place a 5 star because the food was actually good. However the service ruined the experience for me. Our server never checked up on us if we needed anything else. We had to literally yell excuse me since she was ignoring us as we tried to flag her down several times. After we paid and signed the check, I was shocked that she had the audacity to chase us outside as we were leaving. She said that we had to pay minimum tip but the receipt said suggested tip. We told her what we wrote down is her tip and that it’s optional to tip. She was shocked and went back inside upset. I have never been to a Resteraunt that chased me outside over a tip. As someone who used to be a server, it’s unprofessional to chase down a customer over a tip. even if they didn’t tip or it wasn’t the tip you expected. She should be glad she got a tip and she would have gotten a better one if she had better service. I will never come back to this place or recommend eating here. The food was also overpriced. There are better pho places in Los Angeles with better prices and services. You also have to pay for parking here.

The service here is terrible! I ordered some pho and got it but the server never came back to ask us if we were good or needed more water. Fine, whatever. Once done, we literally had to scream out loud to get the server’s attention. Finally paid and even though the service was bad I decided to leave a tip on the receipt. As we walked out, to my utter surprise, the server comes out demanding more tip! I was so confused because she was not only a terrible server that ignored us but the food is not cheap. I told her tip is optional and just walked away. I would never come back to this establishment. The pho was good but nothing to rave about either. There’s other pho places around LA that is cheaper and better service. She would have gotten more tip if she was more attentive to us when we needed something.

I'm grateful. The pho here was good and the bowl is aesthetic. The portions were filling for me. Pros: 1.) The number one pro to this place was the SERVER!! Maddie did an excellent job. She was such an amazing waitress. First thing I come in, she is smiling. Then she was attentive to my order as I ordered a spring roll for to-go. She smiled again throughout the service, which makes the environment warm and inviting. I also asked for more like (EVERY waiter or waitress forgets this request at other restaurants and I eat a lot of Pho.) However, she didn't forget and gave me the right amount - not too little not too much. Amazing job! 2.) The Pho was good! Nice broth and noodles and lots of meat. They're not stingy - I recommend this place. 3.) Pho came out FAST. I'm writing a five star review because your service was just so good like you smiling when I come in and like everything was just so like remembering the line like they don't ever remember the line what is your name can I like write your name Maddie OK well, thank you so much Con: There really is no con but constructive advice is to maybe check in once to see if the customers need anything extra. Been ordering from this place for over one year. The food tastes good. However, the portion is getting smaller and smaller with same or even higher price. It’s just so obvious when you see four small summer rolls in the box while before they were big enough to fill up the whole box.

We come on this Vietnamese resto once in a while but yesterday we had a bad experience. at around 1pm we ate there lunch we ordered meat pho, fried egg-roll, chicken wings, house special fried rice. The food was yummy. Unfortunately around 7pm all us starting to feel abdominal pain , stomach turn harder. my kids started the spurt if vomiting and then diarrhea same with us. all of us was vomiting and diarrhea at the same time. And thats the first and last food we ate yesterday. It was awful. we feel like we are dying from non stop vomiting and diarrhea. I believe its a FOOD POISONING. This is the first time it happened. Maybe the old type of meat we ate there that you can tell because it was cooked. What a nightmare
