Worst bowl I’ve ever had and even worse, it was $25. How can you charge $25 for a low quality orange chicken bowl?!

I got the basic chicken bowl. With tax, 14 bucks. Ordered 5 of those. So, 70 dollar lunch for my friends and I. I picked up my order in a large paper bag that was stapled shut and according to the person that brought it out, everything was inside. Upon arriving to my work site and opening the bag, I realized there was no silverware at all. I’m confused Cali, how am I supposed to eat rice and chicken? With my bare hands? Fingers maybe? I call and ask for an explanation on why silverware was not included. The guy who picked up said that due to state law, unless I ask for silverware, they don’t include it. No compensation or apology was offered. Great customer service there Cali! You’d be out of business 20 years ago with that mentality. I finally picked up some silverware from a local gas station instead of trying to drive back 15-20 minutes to Cali’s. Oh and about the food, it was horrible. Flame broiler, waba grill, teriyaki madness, all those taste 10 times better and include silverware with your order without asking for it. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place at all costs.

Delicious food made from very fresh ingredients! The sales clerks were really kind and helpful but there isn't much of a place to sit, especially when it's cold outside. The food though is 10/10. We've gotten it delivered before too and it arrived just as yummy!

I ordered the Orange chicken along with the sesame ginger chicken via Uber eats and both came with rice that was soggy/over cooked, felt like mush in my mouth. The orange chicken was so clearly burnt, hard as a rock! And the other dish was meh and confusing in taste. If it weren't for the munchies, I would not have been able to eat any of it. I never leave reviews but you just don't send a paying customer this AND have the audacity to have a yelp...
Has to be the most expensive orange chicken bowl on the planet and the least amount of food!!! Quality of food was not great and the portion felt like a kids meal!!! For $24.99 a bowl you'd think it would be a massive amount of chicken that wasn't over cooked.

Cali's Teriyaki is my go to for Cali Fusion! It's very healthy and if I want Japanese I can get green salsa instead of teriyaki!! Literally a food for all of my cravings and options to satisfy all of them!! Can't go wrong when ordering from here!! Highly rec and staff is v funny / cool!
