The indoor seating is spacious with lots of seating, though only the back wall has cushioned seats. There is no patio and no outlets. The music is dope, featuring 90s hip hop and r&b. The gender neutral bathroom is well-maintained and by the front entrance, with the sink in its separate space. Customers enjoyed items like the Pistachio Latte, a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast muffin, and a cannonball drink. A pup cup is available for dogs. The respectful customer service includes providing a cup of water and passing out bags of frozen food to the homeless. There is customer parking with an entrance on Purdue.
