I've been to this branch twice and both times my experience was very positive. The Capital one staff members are professional and welcoming, the café is clean and calming.
Richard went above and beyond to assist me with the issue at hand and resolved it in no time.
I'm all about it fam
Cafe closes before posted time, and they wouldn't give me a March Madness free coffee. What's in my wallet? Not a capital one card
Logan was great! Very professional and courteous, helped me with everything I needed. Happy Client here!
Great cafe for trying to get work done.
Very poor service, and the restrooms are not functioning. On the morning of January 3rd, I reserved a room to work. It turned out that the shared restroom was out of order, and when I asked for the code to use the women’s restroom instead, I was rudely told they wouldn’t provide it. I’m completely disappointed with the level of service. They can’t even provide basic necessities that should be available.
It was really nice experience drinking a latte in a chill environment with my capital one card enjoying 50% off.
Moe is so incredibly helpful and patient. Helped open my account and kept a calm demeanor while we were opening it. Very thoughtful as well
Capital One café is a great perk offered by the company. Discounted drinks for card members, 45 minute parking validation. Free access to restrooms and WiFi. ATMs and friendly ambassadors.
Amazing customer service from the Capital One Ambassador! Shout out to Moe :)

I'm currently trying to calm myself down due to the treatment I received here at this location. Racial profiling has gotten much better in this country over the years, but it's still going strong at these Capitol One Cafes. Literally watching fair skinned guest be treated respectfully and like humans. While myself being treated like a homeless off the street. I have to be wearing a suit and tie in order for them to treat me as they treat other races. I am a Capital One checking account and credit card holder.
I do understand that your locations are located in area with a high volume of homelessness, but the employees at your locations should be trained better to differentiate homeless persons from actual consumers. NOT using race as a deciding factor.

What an incredibly novel concept. I love that I can come in to handle business while being pampered in a leisurely fashion. Why aren’t more banks doing this? And a special thank you to Mongar F… every time I come in he goes out of his way to make sure I leave better than I entered. What an asset to the company. Do yourself a favor and clone him. I’d give more stars if I could. Bravo.

Super clean, super nice staff. I came here to use the wifi and get a coffee. I don’t have a capital one card so I didn’t get a discount, but they offered me a free sugar cookie. I love that there are outlets everywhere as well as a place to have your purse at the sit down bar. I walked here, I wouldn’t recommend driving here as parking is unpredictable. Really nice place to hang out for a morning pick me up. It’s also really quiet, you’re able to hold a conversation with someone.
