Capital One Café

So WholeFoods had a POS fiasco so I cant get my much loved, ultra-robust iced-Americano so I finally come here, finally to utilize my Cap-card coffee benefit and... (loser buzzer) I get zoinked here as well, for real. Like they were hesitant to even let me in and I was sufficiently dapper-dressed. Seriously irked. Next time Capital One Cafe...😈

Idk who is in charge of cleaning here but I cleaned the book room while I was hair it was hair in the chairs. Then inside the moby I cleaned two tables while hear. I first sat at table where there was no plug and wiped it then the Clorox wipes next to the ambassadors. I then moved next to a table where there was a plug and wiped that also while the ambassadors just stood there talking. Also the music was a little loud. I was still able to hear it clearly in the private nook room or with the door closed. I mean its not a library so I guess. This is my second time coming here. On my first impression I did really care for the service I received but I decided to come again to give a second try. All and all not that bad of a place just not for me.

The Capital One associates are very friendly and professional. Security is a big focus there when applying for cards and accounts. The Cafe serves a nice variety of drinks and food. The environment is very bright and clean :)

The staff taking drink orders are noticeably less friendly compared to those preparing the drinks or handling card transactions. Also, the system of taking all orders at once and making them all at once seems in need of improvement. When everything suddenly stops for around 15 minutes, it feels even longer from the customers’ perspective.

I'm a Capital One customer. On Mon 6/23/25 Autumn, the Capital One employee was very rude and said she needed to know why I wanted to contact her supervisor and also refused to give me her supervisors name. She was really unprofessional and confrontational after I asked for names of either the cashier or supervisor. She said she will fill out incident report and ban me from the store. Asking for a supervisors name as a customer, should not be a reason for banning someone from the store or to be treated so poorly and unprofessionally.

Atm accessable 24/7 with your debit card like most banks. Even though it's downtown LA I like how secure it is.

Worst costumer service they lie about everything and they wanna charge you for everything extra comparing with other branches. I get sparkling water on the side, which is like normal in every café

I love coming to the Capital One Café! It’s always super clean and has a really chill, modern vibe that makes it easy to relax or get some work done. The staff here are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home.

The coffee stand inside is awesome—they serve great coffee made from quality beans with a soft, bold taste that’s just perfect.

If you’re looking for a spot to work, hang out, or enjoy a good cup of coffee, I definitely recommend stopping by the Capital One Café. It’s one of my favorite places!

Monday 6.30.2025 Walked in at 5:25pm, unhappy lady behind the counter told the couple in front of me, then me that ‘she’s closed’. Very curt, very cold. Schedule is listed as open until 6pm.
Terrible staff attitude and no service.

Always an awful experience at this location. Baristas always with attitude and making their own rules when it comes to redeeming promotional coffee. Don’t give out promotional drinks if you’re not willing to let customers redeem them! #BigWeird

Great service and very helpful stuff - I mean both the banking system and coffee. Very satisfied with the visit, I opened my first USA bank account here :)

Absolutely outstanding service!
Ashley helped us was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process of opening an account. She guided us through every step, made the setup easy, and even offered us complimentary coffee while we got everything sorted. Her patience and attention to detail made a big difference, especially when navigating the few hoops required. Honestly, she’s the reason I chose Capital One over Chase, Bank of America, and others. A true asset to the Capital One team — I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Soild but not the best of the capital one cafes.... No couches

I've been to this branch twice and both times my experience was very positive. The Capital one staff members are professional and welcoming, the café is clean and calming.
Richard went above and beyond to assist me with the issue at hand and resolved it in no time.
