Terrible security agent. Alexa is her name. The woman with the dark brown hair who wears the light blue shirt is the worst employee there.
She disrespects the regular customers and then uses them acting nice to them like she likes them in front of corporate office executives.

I have been to the CAPITAL One Cafe in Hollywood a few times for coffee and relaxation. My experience has always been good. The Cafe is staffed with helpful and knowledgeable people.
