Carl’s Jr. exceeded my expectations with its delicious food and clean environment. Patricia, the manager, was incredibly friendly and made the experience even better by ensuring every customer felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend going when manager Patricia is working !!

Was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to a warm greeting. My cashier AB was very pleasant and the cooks/chefs immaculate.
3rd time visiting and its the worst Franchise ive ever visited. Gave them the benefit of the doubt after receiving slow service for all because the workers were busy lollygagging with the manager. Visited again today and AS ALWAYS, the workers prioritized DRIVE THRU and forget about the guests in the dining room. No one acknowledged the guests when they walked in and when it was time to pack my food, it sat for a good (3) minutes before I had to speak up and say something. Why is it that Drive Thru is so important to Fast Food? Annoying as heck… Only come here if you want bad service.
