I have a 3 star because the guy was really nice. But the lady took our order and idk why she event did. It was pointless. She took 100% the wrong order, didn't understand stand the main order that is advertised. We were over charged $8 & the burger was missing and when we tried to call they didn't answer the phone. So we paid almost $20 for one for one of the items that was supposed to be advertised deal. Didn't get the extra drink, nor the burger. Crazy! Crazy we paid so much for fries!!!!! And they don't even answer.

Don’t order from here I ordered a single Carl and a bacon western burger and they gave me a chicken sandwich with no sauce just chicken and lettuce and a famous star with zucchini as a Pattie absolutely unacceptable do better!!!!

Carl’s Jr. exceeded my expectations with its delicious food and clean environment. Patricia, the manager, was incredibly friendly and made the experience even better by ensuring every customer felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend going when manager Patricia is working !!
