I checked the store’s hours on Google Maps, and it showed that they were open 24 hours. So, I placed an order through the app and selected pickup (not drive-thru). However, when I walked to the store, the manager told me I could only pick up my order through the drive-thru. From the drive-thru window, the manager said, “Go back and drive a car here. Don’t you have a car?”
This was both confusing and frustrating. If walk-up pickup isn't allowed, the app shouldn’t offer that option—or the hours on Google Maps should be updated to reflect the actual service limitations. Also, the manager’s attitude was unprofessional and unappreciated.
