We ate well. The burgers are good and tasty the fries fine but also good. We took the cheapest burgers in "Double" version. The simple must be really small... A double is spotless. The drinks are unlimited and accessible. Don't forget to ask for the sauces and the code to go to the bathroom. However, the music is so loud that we don’t hang out because we have to speak too loudly. It's pretty painful after a while. We think this is the goal so that customers do not settle too long 🤭

I stopped by Carl’s Jr. and ordered an Oreo shake, and it was absolutely perfect. The texture was smooth, the cookies were blended just right, and it had the perfect balance of creamy and crunchy. Honestly one of the best shakes I’ve had in a long time. Great job to the team for making it just right, I’ll definitely be coming back for another!

I recently visited Carl’s Jr. and had a great experience from start to finish. Juffer made my shake, and it was absolutely top tier—creamy, rich, and perfectly blended. Beyond that, the atmosphere stood out because of the staff. Every worker I interacted with was not only friendly, but also lively and genuinely seemed to care about the customers. It made the visit feel more personal and welcoming, which is rare for a fast-food stop. Overall, the combination of excellent service, great energy, and a perfectly made shake made this visit one worth recommending.

The team at Carl’s Jr. UCLA, led by Monica and staff, has been amazing! I ran a summer camp at UCLA, and every day we bring more than 50 kids for lunch during the busy rush. Monica and Victor have gone above and beyond. They were accommodating to last-minute changes, patiently helping our younger campers order on their own, and handling every request or spill with kindness and professionalism. They’ve made lunch time smooth, welcoming, and stress-free for our staff and campers. Truly outstanding service!

I visit this Carl’s Jr. regularly for lunch, and it’s always a great experience. The staff here is consistently friendly and welcoming, making each visit enjoyable. Carol and Victor in particular, are always so helpful and kind they and the rest of the team go above and beyond to provide fast and friendly service. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows. Highly recommend this location!

I’ve been going to this Carls Jr for a while now and should have left a review long before this. The staff are beyond nice and helpful, especially Carol and Monica. The food is always hot and fresh, and the staff will never make you feel bad for making a lot of changes and edits to items. This Carl’s Jr is one of the few fast food locations I have been to recently where all of the staff genuinely seem to care and out in effort. Also just a side note but one of my biggest pet peeves is cold French fries but here they are always perfect.
