Carl’s Jr.

I visit this Carl’s Jr. regularly for lunch, and it’s always a great experience. The staff here is consistently friendly and welcoming, making each visit enjoyable. Carol and Victor in particular, are always so helpful and kind they and the rest of the team go above and beyond to provide fast and friendly service. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows. Highly recommend this location!

I’ve been going to this Carls Jr for a while now and should have left a review long before this. The staff are beyond nice and helpful, especially Carol and Monica. The food is always hot and fresh, and the staff will never make you feel bad for making a lot of changes and edits to items. This Carl’s Jr is one of the few fast food locations I have been to recently where all of the staff genuinely seem to care and out in effort. Also just a side note but one of my biggest pet peeves is cold French fries but here they are always perfect.

i love this place! Monica, Victor and the rest are marvelous. The food is tasty and fast. Try them out!

Victor is the man!

I work on campus and eat here often. It’s the fastest food on campus. I always order through the app, and by the time I walk over, my food is hot and waiting for me. The student union lines can get long, but while everyone else is shuffling forward, I get to walk right in like I own the place. The super friendly staff recognizes me now. When I walk in, they flash a smile, lift my bag in the air like I just won a prize, and I stroll right to the front… all while the crowd in line watches, wishing they’d ordered ahead too.

The customer service it’s great. Employees are very polite and helpful.

During a very empty break day, that literally no one is around, I have placed an order and asked them for just 4 sauce cups, they refused to give me the sauce and said your order is small you don't need a sauce!? Like what!? Are you to decide how much sauce I need for what I'm eating? I didn't get 5 ir 10 different sauces lady, I just asked for a few. 😒 never go there again.

I come here all practically everyday. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is always very delicious and consistent; which is why i come here so often. They are very fast with my food, i normally get my food in 5 mins. Definitely come here!!

The burgers are always on point. Staff is super nice. I always get coffee here since I hate the long waiting times of the other coffee shops. Usually by the time I go it’s late and they are out of coffee but very kindly they prepare some more.

Good service.carol is my favorite. Really fast and food is always fresh. Will come every day.

Such an amazing store! The Manager Monica is phenomenal and all of the staff is great. Amazing food, quick service, and great atmosphere!

Student here, and this is one of my go-to places on campus. The workers are helpful and efficient. Even when there is a long line (which happens at most Ackerman food sites during lunch hours) I don't need to wait long before receiving my food, which is always fresh and great!

Ordered a shake with no whip, then she fixed it by mixing it. Very poor service and quality.

Better than McDonald's
