The team at Carl’s Jr. UCLA, led by Monica and staff, has been amazing! I ran a summer camp at UCLA, and every day we bring more than 50 kids for lunch during the busy rush. Monica and Victor have gone above and beyond. They were accommodating to last-minute changes, patiently helping our younger campers order on their own, and handling every request or spill with kindness and professionalism. They’ve made lunch time smooth, welcoming, and stress-free for our staff and campers....

I visit this Carl’s Jr. regularly for lunch, and it’s always a great experience. The staff here is consistently friendly and welcoming, making each visit enjoyable. Carol and Victor in particular, are always so helpful and kind they and the rest of the team go above and beyond to provide fast and friendly service. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows. Highly recommend this location!

I’ve been going to this Carls Jr for a while now and should have left a review long before this. The staff are beyond nice and helpful, especially Carol and Monica. The food is always hot and fresh, and the staff will never make you feel bad for making a lot of changes and edits to items. This Carl’s Jr is one of the few fast food locations I have been to recently where all of the staff genuinely seem to care and out in effort. Also just a side note but one of my biggest...
