This is NOT what I grew up with my entire youth. They had a ridiculous low inventory of choices/flavors. Didn't have the cherry dip. No mint chocolate chip. No half dipped ice cream sandwiches. The young man working there was very nice and apologetic, but the owner just won't improve on this establishment. What a shame. Carvel was always my fav. This has the same name but is NOT the Carvel I grew up with.

The ice cream is really good! But the owner is kind of a jerk. I just called to ask if they were hiring and instead of putting me on hold like a regular person the owner was mumbling I could barely understand what he was saying.
