Love this place!! Beautiful decor. They keep the fresh pao de queijo(cheese bread balls) flowing!! I loved my picanha (steak) it was absolutely perfect and a huge portion for a great price. The fish stew was fresh and flavorful. And the s’more cookie Sunday was delicious. The kale salad was a bit coarse but we just wanted a vegetable so it was fine. We would repeat our entire order!
The service was excellent. We were greeted with champagne. Multiple servers checked on us and were very friendly. I can’t wait to go back!

Had such a fun brunch experience at Casa Ipanema 💕 We tried two hand rolls — one salmon and one tuna — both were super fresh and flavorful.
We also shared a creamy fish rice that was really comforting and a beef dish that was perfectly cooked and satisfying.
To finish, we had two piña coladas which were refreshing and made the whole pink brunch vibe even better ✨

I made a Valentine’s Day reservation and, due to a traffic collision, we were running late. I did the responsible thing and called ahead. The hostess told me they had a 15-minute grace period but assured me they could accommodate us at a slightly later time (about 30 minutes after our reservation).
Cool — or so I thought.
When we arrived, the two hostesses were more interested in their personal conversation than the actual guests standing in front of them. We stood there waiting while they talked, without even being acknowledged, until another employee had to tell them to address us. First red flag.
Then came the gaslighting.
When I explained that I had called earlier, the hostess suddenly acted like the conversation never happened. I literally showed my call log as proof, and she still brushed it off like I made the whole thing up. No apology. No effort to help. Just attitude and denial.
For a place that expects people to spend Valentine’s Day money here, the level of professionalism was honestly embarrassing.
They didn’t just drop the ball — they kicked it across the parking lot.
If you’re planning a special night, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. There are plenty of restaurants that actually respect their customers.
