I recently visited Pitchoun! and it was a delightful experience! The bakery's atmosphere was charming and cozy, with a wonderful aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries filling the air. I tried their croissant aux amandes, and it was absolutely heavenly - flaky layers filled with a rich almond paste that melted in my mouth.
Worth a visit, especially if you’re staying at the Biltmore bc this is literally right outside their doors essentially. I got a breakfast sandwich and iced latte. Total was about $25 so definitely not a cheap place, but pretty good. I loved the rustic interior. They have a wine bar too so overall it just felt like a good spot to chill. Also, I asked for a straw and was told they don’t have them, so just keep that in mind!

This is a great little place. Central to a lot of trains downtown, next to the Biltmore. If you're anywhere within about 3 or 4 blocks you should definitely make the walk. They brew la colombe coffee. Decent. My girlfriend got a child which is really good, I got the blueberry scone very good not too sweet, cheese danish was also very good.
