Castle's Southern and Creole Catering

Castle's Catering was PERFECT for our production! Delicious meals with great variety every day. We were graced with her incredible cooking for a 5 day production and everyone was obsessed with the food. Shanita was professional, prepared, on time, and easy to communicate with. I'd recommend her for any production or event!

Production Catering was easy to order, fresh, ready on time, and all three options were enjoyed by the crew: shrimp pasta, jambalaya, and dinner salads with a side of roasted chicken. The peach cobbler was a little sweet for me but the crew raved about it! Will definitely go back! Staff was friendly and helpful!

I usually get the fried chicken sandwich with waffle fries. They have a garlic aioli that they put on it. So good. Do yourself a favor and eat here.
