I am a wheelchair user and there was no handicap parking on the first floor or the second floor it was a good thing I went with other people I had to park my van in the middle of the parking lot on the second floor get my wheelchair out and have somebody else park it if I was on a date it would not have been appropriate for me to ask my date if she can park my vehicle for me because there was no wheelchair parking ?Parking: Parking was terrible if you are a wheelchair user there was only one handicap parking space that I seen on the first floor I asked the parking attendant if there was parking upstairs wheelchair parking he said no terrible if you are a wheelchair userWheelchair accessibility: Other than the parking everything was wheelchair accessible except we had to sit way in the back took my daughter for her 30th birthday with family and there was no way for us to get close to the stage because all the tables are too close together you cannot wheel a wheelchair through

An amazing night seeing Jimmy Webb...his show and music ---absolutely stellar! But it was painfully clear that having foresight of a sold-out house that evening, management dropped the ball and failed to provide adequate servers, bartenders and wait-staff. Orders were backed up in the kitchen and bar. We were saved by Mira and other FOH staff who stepped up to take orders and deliver to our table. (Drinks took over 20 minutes, and if you ordered even the most basic appetizer, over 45 minutes). We'll definitely return, but with hopes that on big nights the service is more responsive. +5 for the show, -2 for service.

My recent visit to a jazz club was overshadowed by a booking error and poor customer service. A mix-up in my online ticket's name led to a distressing entrance ordeal. Despite showing my ID and payment proof, the owner accused me of fraud, loudly and in front of my date, without offering an apology or solution. I had to repurchase my tickets under pressure. Attempts to resolve the issue and get a refund were met with rudeness and vague promises.On the brighter side, the music and crowd inside the club were excellent, with a fantastic jazz band making the evening enjoyable. The food was average but expected for such a venue. However, the unwelcoming service from the owner marred the overall experience, making it hard to recommend despite the great music.

The sound was excellent. They've really dialed in the sound system and room acoustics over the years. Unlike other high end music venues, there wasn't pressure to order drinks or food, but the wait staff checked with good frequency. Overall, it's a great place for world class jazz concerts.

Come for the music and stay for the food! Saw a wonderful set by the inimitable Nellie Mckay. You can eat delicious food while enjoying the music. We ordered short ribs fettuccine that was so rich and YUMMY the meat was so tender it melted in my mouth. My husband had the pesto burger with Parmesan fries. So good! Who knew that goat cheese and pesto would work on a hamburger? Really good!
