Food is amazing, fresh and looks incredible. It will get pricy to get full so be prepared to order more than you think. Service was also wonderful. Our only complaint was the epic volume level of the restaurant. Something with the acoustics but we were pretty much forced to shout at each other to be heard. Also outdoor dining didn’t look appealing being right on Hyperion with a ton of traffic in your face.

Tiny digs, make a reso! The staff here is fun to interact with and goes above and beyond to accommodate. We were jet-lagged with a 3 hour time difference and our son was not happy to be at dinner. Despite this, the staff helped us ease into the night. By the end, even my son was feeling merry.Food and beverage menus are curated to ensure a harmonious duo. After enjoying a variety of wines and sake (from Mexico!), special crudos and shellfish delights, I have to say this was one of our best meals in Los Angeles. Thank you, staff! We'll see you on Fall Guys (lol).

One of those hole-in-the-wall places you take a chance on and are rewarded with an unexpectedly transcendent dining experience. Everything here is made to the highest standards and tastes better than one could imagine. Service is great in a somewhat chaotic urban sidewalk environment. You gotta love it!

I love ceviche and this place was ceviche heaven. Service was excellent from beginning to end. Just wish I had a place like it closer to home?

No beating around the bush, just like the establishment itself... Simple menu= very helpful, especially for those who want to try something new but indecisive.. yet very intriguing nonetheless.. Service- very intimate during my visit due to being the only patron.. not sure how busy it gets since this is my first visit.. waiter was quite personable and welcoming.. Price- expect it to be on the pricier side.. but quality and taste will definitely justify the money spent.. Overall- do NOT expect to leave this place full, yet I'm leaving very satisfied indeed.. unique menu that's comparable to a seafood tapas..

The food was incredible! Everything was so fresh; we couldn't believe how everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. The staff was also amazing- so kind and helpful. Will definitely be going back!

If it could give it 6 stars I would. Impeccable meal. Samuel and Manny are producing a world class flavor and experience. More high end Japanese-Peruvian fusion. Perfect for date night. All of the recommendations were spot on. Don’t leave without trying the Snapper Ceviche, Kanpachi Tostada, and the Peanut Butter Ball dessert.

This little gem blew my mind away ! It was such a cute little spot! So homey and welcoming . We were right away welcomed by Sam. He is the friendliest and the most entertaining server who likes to interact with everyone and makes the whole experience so much fun, while Manny was preparing our delicious and most flavorful ceviches I have ever had. These are not your typical ceviches, but definitely unique, each packed with special flavors. We ordered 4 different ceviches , and we loved all of them. Our most favorite was the snapper. I loved the combination with the sauces and spices on it . We liked it so much that we ordered a second one at the end. Manny was very nice to treat us with his new creation dish (sashimi with pomegranate sauce) If you like raw fish, you can't go wrong with this place . We also had a bottle of white Spanish wine, which was great . We will be back here. The only thing I didn't like here was the yuzu cocktail with sake ! It tasted like a weird lemonade to me . I had to send it back but my cousin didn't mind it. We hope to go back here when it is busier ! Today was rainy and not much going on. Support this little gem guys . We need this kind of unique and great places in LA !

DELICIOUS CEVICHE & Drinks! This will be my go to when I crave or want to take friends for ceviche! The octopus was tender! The shrimp Aquachile was super good! The roasted habanero oil sauce was perfection with each bite!

I don't remember the last time I was this impressed with a restaurant. Ceviche Project offers the freshest seafood prepared in unique and refreshing ways. I thoroughly enjoyed everything I ordered (which was the whole menu). On top of that, the ambiance was perfect. It's an intimate space that's perfect for date night. Lastly, the service was phenomenal. Our server was so attentive and made us feel right at home. He described every dish with so much enthusiasm, which made us even more excited to try everything. They were so kind and accommodating. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious raw seafood! We got a mix of tostadas, a couple raw bar items, and a ceviche. Everything was made to order in front of us and so refreshing and good. They have a ton of specials that also sounded great, but we stuck with the menu. Fairly easy residential parking on Tracy St when we went on a Tuesday.

As a ceviche lover, I love the concept and had a really good meal here. High quality ingredients and friendly staff, fast service. Only critique is that when we arrived for our reservation, literally half the menu was sold out! That was a bummer, because some of the food we saw being prepped looked amazing. In spite of that happening, would go back and try again :)

Ceviche Project occupies a small space on a busy thoroughfare in Silver Lake, but its small space belies the delightful interior and the equally flavor packing food that lies in store for the intrepid diner. After years of driving by this place and promising myself that I would one day make a visit, I did. And boy was it worth the wait. The space itself is small. The bar occupies over half the space, where a sharply dressed gentlemen prepares much of the fresh seafood fare. If you enjoy seafood, Ceviche Project is a gift box waiting to be opened. The menu isn't tremendously long, but it doesn't need to be. Each dish's description leaps off the page so by the time you get to the bottom, you'll probably be thinking of ordering one of everything. The kanpachi is excellent, but perhaps the unexpected scene stealer of the evening was the special - hokkaido scallops with key lime and homemade chili sesame oil. The scallops are incredibly fresh, but it's the combination of salty, spicy, sour, sweet, and umami flavors and textures that grabs your taste buds. Paired with a glass of their fine white or orange wines, you will be sent back to that trip to somewhere tropical - a happy place. We loved it so much that we revisited the dish. We were pleasantly surprised at the end of the evening to find that the special was $18 - very reasonable for the quality of the dish. If you plan to visit soon and there is the hokkaido scallops, order without fear. This joint is ideal for a dinner date or dinner with friends (4 max). It oozes a chill, sexy cool vibe paired with delicious fresh seafood and libations. Once cannot help, but think about the next visit.

The food was alright, but overpriced for the small portions. The space is very small and intimate, not much privacy. I think there’s better place for ceviche and seafood.
