Excellent fresh ceviche. Intimate dining room with great tunes. You can tell the chef/owner is really passionate. The tostadas and ceviche were real standouts, will absolutely go again.
This is my favorite restaurant in all of LA. I never post reviews but I had to write one about this place. This is the best seafood I have ever eaten hands down - the combination of flavors that Octavio has thoughtfully curated is completely unique to anything I’ve experienced and will send you to a different dimension (try the king kanpachi tostada!) An absolutely outstanding experience, every time. Ceviche Project has some of the best food in LA and everyone we've brought there has agreed. Everything is delicious and beautifully presented. It's creative but accessible. Great wine list, too. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and takes time to chat when it's not too busy. A hidden gem that I can't recommend enough.
