Unfortunately, had a bad experience here with regards to terrible service. Ordered five dishes and only three showed up and about an hour. Asked about the other two, and a half hour later another showed up. The server forgot. Then ask about the fifth dish and a half hour later he came back and said they were out. When I think of seafood in eastside Los Angeles, I think of Ceviche Project. This is my go to for ceviche, aguachile, tostadas, and oysters. Octavio is an incredibly passionate and kind human being, and his food speaks for itself. He provides a completely engrossing and sensational culinary and human experience. Fresh and creative dishes. I ordered the scallop on the half shell, toro sashimi, tai snapper ceviche, king kanpachi tostada. All delicious and so fresh! Most delicious was the king kanpachi tostada - so savory but brightly flavored. Definitely recommend!
