I love this location in Weho. The vibe is so cute and the employees are always so welcoming. It definitely makes my morning to stop here on my way to the office or to come by and sit on the patio on a weekend. (:

I love Strawberry Matcha Latte and the amazing yogurt consistency of Strawberry syrup inside 🙈🙈 That’s so good and I always drive 15 miles to get this matcha every second day ❣️❣️

I just have to give a huge shoutout to Sariah, who always makes day run so much better! Every time I walk in, she greets me with such a warm and genuine smile that it instantly brightens my day.
Sariah is also super efficient and knows how to handle even the busiest times with ease. She remembers the regulars and their favorite drinks, and I’ve honestly never had a bad cup from her. I’m always amazed at the accuracy of my orders. I love how she makes the whole experience feel more personal like asking questions about my day so far and if I have any fun plans.
If you're ever in need of some good conversation along with your coffee, Sariah is a great person to chat with. When I go with my friends, after we leave, we start to rant to each other how genuine and kind she was. My friends and I absolutely adore her personality and especially her coffee!
Highly recommend stopping by and you’ll leave with a great cup of coffee and a smile on your face if she serves you!

Sariah is a wonderful employee working here! She never fails to make my visit an exceptional one. She's very sweet at the counter and shows great hospitality. It’s obvious that she genuinely cares about each customer’s experience. She’s quick to take your order and she handles it all with such grace and energy.
Her coffee-making skills are great too. She pays great attention to details which elevates the whole experience.
If you’re lucky enough to have her serve you, it’s guaranteed that you're morning will start off great! Highly recommend!

I visit Cha Cha Matcha at least once a week, and every time I do, Aaron absolutely makes my day. He is truly a standout — always incredibly kind, welcoming, and full of positive energy. No matter how busy it gets, he takes the time to greet customers with genuine warmth and make everyone feel seen and appreciated.

Aaron is a huge part of why I keep coming back (plus the house made almond milk). If you stop by, hope you’re lucky enough to be helped by him!
