The vibe is laid back and the staff are super friendly. This has become one of our favorite lunch spots during the week.
Food is good!

I am not saying generous, but it would be great to see a decent amount of meat in Pho offered. Will go back to try more dishes, though. Overall, very warm and welcoming service. Clean.

We are from MD visiting LA and we were at this place for lunch and oh boy, you want to come back right away. The place is cozy and clean. The food is perfectly seasoned, not salty not sweet, just perfect! Double thumbs up to the owners and to their chef and staff!
Lena and Mandrick are the best! Absolutely recommend Chateau Lemongrass to anyone looking for delicious flavorful food. Portions are generous, and the food is perfectly balanced. I recommend trying all the dishes as they are well thought out, balanced, and flavorful.

Oh Chateau Lemongrass, you complex creature, you! Your food has never been a disappointment, and you make not only my favorite pho, but my favorite veggie Vietnamese faire anywhere. However, your service can be...interesting! We've seen a few mainstays servers through the years who are total pros, but we've also seen a fleeting rotation of servers who have really struggled. Multiple times we placed an order over the phone, only to arrive at the requested time and to find it had not even been started. There was also that young server who wore only one nitrile glove and gave me the wrong dish and instead of taking the dish back, he insisted I ordered it(my husband confirmed I did not order what I was served). Oh well, I ate it, it was good, but it was not what I ordered. Regardless, we've been going to you for probably 16 years now and love you anyhow! Because your service can be odd, it'd be great to just have the ability to order delivery (hint hint wink wink).

I love going here! I like this place more than other pho places. The quantity is a bit less but I really like the broth and the service here. I would come back again.
I’d recommend parking inside the streets instead of the street where it’s next to— that way you don’t have to pay for parking.

the “shreddedl tofu in the spring roll is still fried tofu?? and there’s barely any vermicelli in it, for $9 this is a joke.

I love this casual, delicious restaurant. The servers are so kind and cheerful and the food is fresh and delicious. I love how casual and inviting it is. You could go there in flip flops or even have a date with your special someone and you won’t be disappointed. Consistently good food in an unpretentious, clean, cheerful setting.

Very mid taste. Had Chicken wings and pho. The chicken was a bit salty. Pho is ok. Good price tho. A good place for students who wanna spend less and try Vietnamese food.
Great service and food was wonderful
Ordered extra soup but never arrived. Veggie tofu had a solid cut, I asked the server what it was and said she never had it so she does not know. Told her to ask the kitchen and when she came back out, I asked what they said and she said she forgot to ask them.
Fantastic food. Everything we ordered was very fragrant and tasty. Think your best childhood meal, no matter what place it was.
We ordered vegetarian pho with beef broth, lemongrass beef bahn mi (amazing!), spring rolls and house fried rice with shrimp which we couldn’t stop eating, it was perfectly buttery and stunningly overwhelming. Drinks were fresh and perfectly paired.
Service was great and the check of $60 for a family of three is something rare in LA:)
