Firstly, I rarely eat out, but when I do, it is mostly for a friend or my lack of preparation. Nevertheless, before eating out, I pray, try to make healthier choices, and hope for the best. That said, last night I took a breezy drive through the evening drizzle to "Eagles Tacos". I did my online research earlier and decided on some meat-free, dairy-free nachos . They were bombastic !!! Had almost every taco they make the other day. All fantastic- meat was all very flavorful and tender. Salsas were also good with the green being milder and the red hot. Our new favorite taco's in the area!

The al pastor nachos are the best nachos Iv ever had. The chips were perfect, al pastor had flavor and I really enjoyed them. The shrimp tacos on the other hand I’d never get again. The tortillas fell apart and the shrimp wasn’t that good. But I’ll definitely be back for the nachos.
