“If you're craving that Real Philly Flavor, look no further, this is it! I've tried them all in LA and this is The One! The roll is perfect, so important, and I went for Provolone & Sweet Peppers, but the meat is flavorful and moist as it should be with the perfect dash of salt and pepper. You can taste the difference and it hits hard. I got the fries as well and wouldn't ya know it, also perfect. Just the right amount of crunch with a soft center. Others should take note. The presentation, in the to-go box, is masterful. Everything fits perfectly, the sandwich, the fries, condiments, napkins and the big surprise - an after meal mint. Wow! The service was quick, about 10min, and pleasant. The beautiful woman that runs this truck is a treasure. “This is months old at the time of my visit, and I got the message that everyone working there, from the waiters to the kitchen, cared about the experience they offered. I complimented the bartender Derek on his cocktails, and he sent over a sensational creation of passionfruit and tequila for my friend and I to try. The steak was outstanding, the vegetables cooked beautifully. A wonderful grown up hang. It has a distinct California big barn vibe and is right next door to a little theater. Park once, and have a full night out.“

“My wife and I shared a smoked turkey, cheese and avocado sandwich and it was plenty for a late lunch and the bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, my wife enjoyed the lentil soup also. we shall return when in the area.“

“Saw that they were hiring so I decided to come in and leave my friends information and had order a 6piece combo and I must say it’s around the same price I pay at wing stop but this place definitely tops it. The lemonade was fresh not bitter and not too sweet and the bbq sauce had a hint of sweetness and I asked for my fries to be well done and they not only made sure they were well done they even made sure they put the right amount of seasoning on the fries. I had my concerns but trying for the first time today I’ll definitely be back again. It was amazing!“

“Simple, high quality, very yummy! Went on a Thursday around lunch time, there was no wait but there was a constant flow of customers. Got the Philly cheesesteak with mushrooms and fries. I felt the pricing was fair for the high quality meat, but the fries were a bit overpriced and not enough for sharing. Service was quick and efficent. Will definitely make this my go to spot when I crave a Philly cheesesteak. The image below is of half my sandwich because I forgot to take the photo before I started eating.“

“This was my first time coming to Citadel and decided to eat lunch at charelys here and i really liked the cheesteak and loved the fries they were cruncy and perfectly seasoned the service was also good i dropped my fries and they were happy to give me a replacement for free!.“
