Chef Arango Indian Restaurant

I love Indian and have had tons in my life. This is hands down the best place. Their flavor profile is sophisticated and layered, the food here is top quality and it's my favorite Indian restaurant ever. After having their tikka masala I can't be satisfied with any other. Their saag and curries are also excellent. The chicken they use is whatever so I always go for fish. The flavor here is truly magnificent, I come here whenever I'm in the area. Definitely a must go for everyone.

I love the traditional Samosa and Biriyani! And the Garlic Butter Naan is very good and tasty. Butter chicken curry as well. Will definitely come back again with my Indian friends soon!

The food here is absolutely authentic and full of flavor! The butter chicken is a must-try—rich, creamy, and so comforting. What I really appreciate is that they’re very considerate for people who can’t handle spicy food. They have completely non-spicy options and you can also customize the level of heat to your liking. The naan is soft and fresh, and the biryani is fragrant and delicious. A wonderful spot for anyone craving real Indian cuisine!

I'm from northern part of India and based on the reviews, decided to try this place. Sorry but this is NOT how north Indian food tastes. And i know there are MANY cuisines and flavors in India. I dunno what this restaurant is offering. Generic tastes at best. The tamarind chutney had no Indian flavors, the butter chicken was too sweet and the chicken in it was bland, the dal was salty. For people who don't know Indian food it may seem like good Indian food. But sorry, it isn't. And the A/C was off so we were sweating. Overall it was dismal experience. Not going back.

I DoorDash from this place often… I had to come and leave a review. This place has the BEST butter chicken I’ve ever had… creamy, homemade, and you can actually make it spicy. 10/10!!!!! So good!

This is one of the best places I have visited recently; I came back after only 2 days!
The place is just like a heaven; the vegetables, chicken, and lamb are all perfect.
Chicken Tika Masala is my favorite dish; I also love the egg-fried rice.
Prices are perfect, too.
My wife chose Lamb Samosa and it was also perfect, love this place!

The food is always sooo good. I've had most of the chicken and vegetable dishes and they're all fantastic. The samosas are great, and the amount of food you get with a lunch or dinner special is very generous, I always have leftovers that I'm excited to eat for lunch the next day. I usually order delivery, which is always hot and fresh, but sometimes I'll treat myself to a meal on their beautiful back patio. The service is always on point.

Highly recommended. This place is so worth a trip. The food is fantastic and the the service is great. We had our two year who was a little cranky and the staff really went above and beyond to help make make my little guy happy. I was so pleased with the service here. We ordered the red curry and veggie dish. The quantity was fantastic, so good. I would definitely come back here.

Truly exceptional. Unexpectedly, my favorite Indian restaurant in LA. The level of cooking is without rival. Their Korma gravy is mind-blowing: deep, layered, complicated and unmatched. They used to include handwritten, poetic quotes on index cards in their takeout bags, a nice footnote they've since stopped but demonstrative of quality, fineness, and attention to detail.
