89° bicycling for doughnuts I discover one of the few remaining Maggie's doughnut shops.... The post apocalypse atmosphere was buffeted by the friendly service and satisfying yeasty texture of the hint of citrus glazed raised doughnut.... I can face another chapter...
I used to buy donuts here when I lived in LA, and it was like for more than thirty years. It has not changed a bit. The donuts are huge, delicious, and at a darn good price. The area is still sketchy and grimy, but I would still buy donuts from here when come back and visit family.
