Chipotle Mexican Grill

I go out of my way to go to this chipotle because I believe that it’s managed the best… The workers are always warm and welcoming, the place is clean, I never have to worry if the food is going to be contaminated in someway. It’s just a very Consistently orderly and well ran location. And the food is always fresh. I find all the employees to be pleasant and today I was helped by Mark who was helpful and provide provided me with great customer service.

Absolutely unacceptable – burnt food and zero respect for customers

I’ve been to this Chipotle many times, and every single time they burn the quesadilla — sometimes on one side, sometimes on both — completely black. This is not just bad cooking, it’s dangerous. Burnt food contains toxic carcinogens, and it’s shocking that this keeps happening again and again.

Today I even told the guy making it that they always burn it and asked him to lower the timer. He said “OK”… and then handed me a completely burnt, black quesadilla on both sides. I attached photos.

What makes it worse — the staff literally laughed while I sat there scraping off the charred, black layer just to make it edible. This is disgusting behavior and total disrespect toward customers.

If management cares at all about health, safety, and basic professionalism, they need to fix this immediately.

I had a terrible experience here. Shortly after paying at this restaurant, my credit card was cloned and unauthorized charges appeared. This is unacceptable and extremely concerning. I strongly advise others to be cautious when paying in this restaurant. I have already reported this incident to my bank and the authorities.

This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with this location. I arrive on time, but about the tenth time now I’ve heard the same excuse: they are out of chicken, it’s still being cooked, and they never give a clear time frame for how long it will take. Every single time I end up waiting 20 to 40 minutes. The last time, on October 2nd, I arrived exactly at 12:19 PM and still had to wait another 30–35 minutes.

I marked the items as out of stock in the app as they were unavailable, but they wanted me to replace them with something else. Because I didn’t do that and left it as “out of stock,” they refused to give me the order.

This has severely impacted my rating and now I’m having issues with DoorDash, as I’m no longer receiving orders. Terrible service and this pattern just keeps repeating.

Chipotle makes good food at convenient prices. They do what they can, just expect long lines. The burrito wasn't rolled right and it opened up on me, made it difficult to eat.

Overpriced Americanized Mexican food, but honest and hardworking people behind the counter.

Chipotle is one of the few places I keep coming back to — and always leave satisfied.
The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I like it. The staff is friendly, patient, and they move fast even during busy hours. I always feel like they actually care about making your meal right, not just rushing through it.

I usually get a burrito with double chicken and a large bag of chips — and it never disappoints. Portions are generous, everything is well-seasoned, and I always leave full and happy.

Big thanks to the team for keeping it clean, organized, and welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite spots to grab a reliable and tasty meal.

Dirty location , 15 people in line and only 1 person working in the front , the food counter was also pretty messy . Pathetic experience

Ordered online (a mistake but had to be done), meal was 5+ minutes late, staff was rude, and i got maybe half of a serving of food.

Id usually never negatively review a fast food restaurant, but boy this upset me.

As someone who's worked for Chipotle previouslyas a Service Manager; I'm appalled at the lack of customer service at this location. The young woman on the line didn't even greet me, didn't ask me questions regarding what I wanted, and literally stared me down like I was interrupting her day. If I wanted mediocre service with my over priced food, I'd cook at home!

Edit: If I go to this location, and I see that employee. I walk back out. I'd rather not be treated like a pariah when I get my meals.
