Generous portions for the burrito bowls! Got the beef barbacoa bowl which was delicious, and with extra sour cream as my favorite order. Also had a great buy one get one deal from the mobile app. Was preparing to make a video to post on my social media until the manager came by and stopped me. Might be because of the surge of people recording to get better portions. Place is slightly messy due to the busy staff.

probably the worst chipotle location in LA. severely skimps on every scoop, including rice. when i asked for more they put another bite in. each subsequent scoop was just as disappointing. for lettuce, i counted 8 small strips of lettuce on top, most of which were wilted.

i’ll be avoiding this location from now on, and i guess i should have read the other reviews first!

also, there’s no wifi, and no cell service inside.

I had an exceptional experience at this Chipotle location. Unlike other branches I’ve visited, where customer service has been lacking and the atmosphere was chaotic, the staff here were incredibly friendly and professional. Additionally, the restroom was spotless, clean, and had a pleasant scent—something that truly sets this location apart from the others. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it.

If I could give zero stars I would! They were out of the pico and the green salsa, they had extremely bad and slow service and to top it off both the brown and the white rice were CRUNCHY! Please do not go to this location.

I wanted to bring up a concern I’ve experienced several times when ordering quesadillas to go from your restaurant. Each time I’ve ordered, the quesadillas have arrived cold.
Since this has happened consistently, I kindly ask if you could address the preparation or packaging process to help ensure that they’re served hot as expected.

The service Mexican short women is very bad. She went to the back got the brown rice and meet for me, the rice was so hard like rock. Why this woman doing this? She should be fired! I will never back this chipotle again.

Walked in & waited 15 minutes in line, just for them to tell me they were all out of meat. No reg chicken, no honey chicken, no steak, and it would be an additional 10 minute wait until all of the meats are done cooking. They definitely could have planned that better. Like maybe don’t wait until you’re all out of every meat to start cooking them all again. SMH. Chipotle has gone down hill. Also no cell phone service inside the restaurant & no WiFi access.

Why are you guys soooo stingy with food portions?! They give you the tiniest portion and when you ask for more you get some sully looks or you get someone trying to give you a teaspoon of food more. It's ridiculous, stop acting like you have to keep all the food because you cant keep up in the kitchen. I'm so done with this location and with Chipotle tiny portions that dont satisfy people trying to eat! For this i will just go to a mexi spot and order a burrito, I will get a lot more.

Literally half sized burritos. I couldn’t believe how small it was. Then, after you pay for a drink, you learn there’s no ice. Nothing like a three-bite burrito and warm diet coke for $15!

They always bless with the portions and the food at this particular location is always so good. Love
