The individual responsible for preparing the meals was not wearing gloves and was observed using their bare hands to scoop rice into the food bowl. Despite being the sole staff member visible at the time, this does not justify such unsanitary practices. Additionally, within five minutes of starting my meal, I discovered a hair in my food, which was utterly revolting and completely ruined my dining experience. It's imperative that the health department conducts an inspection of this establishment to ensure it adheres to proper health and safety standards, as what I witnessed and experienced was unacceptable. This incident occurred on March 18, 2024, between approximately 3:25 PM and 4:40 PM while my order was being prepared. Never coming back disgusting place and employees!

This is a bad location. Back door from the parking garage always locked and you have to walk in the traffic lanes around the whole building. Food gets left out too long. Out of half the different items anyways.Cheap/bad management leading disinterested staff, gonna get poor results almost always.Parking: Can’t access back door from parking garage. Street parking is awful.

I go here pretty often with friends, the atmosphere is nice mainly because the whole usc area is. My only problem is that they don't give you much food the portions are very small, but at other Chipotle locations they are very generous.

Did not cook anything fresh, staff had little knowledge of menu, or prices. Was nothing like they advertise on TV.Very disappointed in this location, won't be going back.

More than 10 years ago, I used to frequent a very reasonable Tex-Mex restaurant. I think that if you open a franchise in Japan, you will have to wait in line.

I will never order from this chipotle ever again. There’s a chipotle across the street from my job that is literally five dollars less than the bowl I just spent here. I think it’s because it’s near USC. They hike up the prices for visitors and even for these poor students.

I think Mexican food is very close to Arab food.In terms of ingredients and spices used, and even tasteVery closeThis is not the first time I visit the restaurant chain. And of course it won't be the last.I advise Arab tourists and visitors (specifically Saudis) to try this restaurant << I think that many Saudi students in America know this restaurant well ???

Nice food but the location from hell. Sometimes you can really say that the people who make decisions about the business will absolutely never even pass by the place when it’s open. You got to be a people hating capitalist or some other form of pitiful hater to locate a chipotle on such a busy intersection with absolutely zero parking spots available around. And then stuff it with like two people so the lines for dine in and pick up would last longer than an average lunch break. Horrible
