Little Pan USC Reviews
What an awesome little restaurant that popped up here. Was looking to try something new and found this amazing little bao spot. The most amazing thing is how they fry these bao. The bottom is hard and crunchy and the top is soft, making a soup filled bao in either seafood, curry or the standard pork. They sell them in quantities of 6 and 2 to 3 is enough to fill me! Highly recommend a quick lunch or dinner here, you won’t be disappointed in the authentic flavors.
The buns were delicious. The restaurant itself isn’t anything special and a little small, but there was phenomenal and fast service. Will recommend. Will return.
The food quality is excellent.
Little Pan USC is known for its incredible pan fried buns and dumplings, praised for being steaming hot and juicy. Customers mention the wood ear mushroom salad, pork/leek/shrimp dumplings, and beef pancakes as delicious with huge portions. The house special pork sheng jian bao is crispy on the bottom, juicy inside, and packed with flavor. The beef pancakes are also a standout. Many customers find it to be a quick and tasty spot near USC, offering generous portions at student-friendly prices. The service is fast and professional. Little Pan USC turned out to be a pleasant surprise, with flavorful and fresh buns and dumplings. It’s a solid choice for quick, tasty Asian comfort food, and definitely one of the better fast food options around campus, offering mix-and-match options in 4-pack or 6-pack sets.
