I have been to the Panda Express location inside Pavilions at Vine and Melrose, and it doesn't cease to amaze how rude Lucy (Mexican employee) is. Right away, one can tell she hates her job. She makes an effort to smile, but her manners and tone give her away. I would not recommend anyone to go there. I certainly stopped. The first time, I thought she might be having a bad day, but it's happened several times. She's simply miserable there, and she passes that one to the customers.
I will always be a regular customer of this restaurant..The food here is exceptional accompanied by amazing staff & good atmosphere,, there's really nothing more you can ask for :) Panda Express - 5 stars from me .
