I think express is getting expensive way to expensive. For a small plate 2 items. We end up paying close $35 and their portions. Are getting smaller instead of spending money there? They charged me for a 3 entree plate when I only ordered a 2 entree plate. Fraudsters.
It got really bad. For $13, I got DRY PASTA WITHOUT cabbage and butter, dry old pasta, old shrimp, and yesterday’s dry chicken, the money is not returned to me. I appeal to the management, I ask you to return the money for the old spoiled products!

Mgr Adran was extremely disrespectful & bigoted. He sighed and rolled his eyes because as a Muslim woman, we don’t eat their meat items. I knew I wanted shrimp, & was looking for tofu eggplant. They had zero alternatives. I said, “no problem. Is there any sauce to put on vegetables?” He shouted “NOTHING but soy sauce “ Then he said to the worker next to him, “these people are something else.” He should not be on a USC campus ever. This is bigotry and unacceptable. A Sikh customer in line advised me that I could get teriyaki sauce for my veggies. Expect boycotts for Panda. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!

The staff did not listen to me at all. She put the different enter on the plate from what I asked her. I told her it is not the one I asked, but she kept ignoring me. She was chatting with other staffs without any issue, so she definitely could hear me. All the staffs in this store chat too much. They did not pay attention to customers and condition of the store. There was trash left on the floor, and they seem don't care

Use to like this panda, but the food portion is very small. I have seen more food on a 6 month plate, and most of the stuff is very rude.Parking: The parking lot is small and so close together. If you do not want your car hit I'll will suggest trying not to park in the lot
