The food is good but the service is horrendous, just feels like the employees hate working there. It is very pricey for what you get but the food is good. Every time I go there I have to wait 20 minutes to order food and there's inconsistency in the order. Also very pricey for what you get. Can't go out of there without spending $30 for a sandwich and drink.

Very good food but we always take out. Limited seating indoor but with outdoor sidewalk tables. Their specials change daily but consistent standards too. Be sure to check out their heat-at-home options b/c they offer a wide variety of soups and entrees ready to go

Located right across the street from Westfield Century City. Never heard about it until my friend suggested we meet there. It's bright and charming. It feels like the local neighborhood cafe. I particularly enjoyed their cappucino. It wasn't bitter and they added a lot of milk foam. They have a large breakfast and lunch menu as well as pastries lined up on display inside. I wasn't that hungry so didn't order anything off the menu this time.

Parking can be challenging. They have a small lot behind but it can fill up really quick. Street parking doesn't look that easy to find.

One of my regulars brought these cookies in for us and we were hooked.
These are THE perfect cookies. Not too soft, slight crunch, not too thick or too thin. Just... perfect.
For my birthday, I brought in a box with a few different options. The Molasses Crinkle cookies were everything I expected and more. They were soft, chewy, and flavorful. They reminded me of Christmas because of the gingerbread similarities.
The Butterscotch Brownies were a little dry and aren't something I'd get again.

Yummy food with a friendly neighborhood vibe! Turkey sandwich is bomb and all their bake goods. Get the chocolate chip cookie! Fire

Cute little restaurant. You walk up to the counter to order. They give you a number and then bring your food to your table. My food was just ok... I ordered off the breakfast menu. The people I was with ordered lunch, and they said it was pretty good. It's a little pricey and parking is difficult. I will try it again if I am in the area.

I’d like to say this review is relevant to the current rating.

Issue: drip coffee machine is broken. It’s been broken for a while now. They offer americanos as a substitute. The kicker is that for drip coffees it is free refill. Americanos no. It sounds pedantic but being they can’t provide an advertised service and won’t go the extra mile to give the customers what they desire or want…is just lame.

The counter service was lame. I was standing in line while the late employee was pleading for forgiveness, while I stood waiting. Then they assumed I was the last customer…

It seems that their awareness is centered on the business rather than the customers, which is why the review is poor.

i don't know how this place gets an A for cleanliness, flies are always there - either surveying the sweets counter or in the salad case. The food was great 20 years ago, it is nothing special theses days.

A nice little spot. Parking can become very complicated as you would need a permit or be lucky to find parking in nearby street or in their small parking lot.

I was excited to try this place based on the reviews.
It’s a place where you order at the counter and then need to find a table. It was crowded, but we managed to find the only last table in the back near the restrooms. Not the best, but it happens.

We kind of waited and the food arrived but we were missing silverware. We kind of struggled to get everything.
And, when it was time to try the food. Well, it just didn’t make the cut for us. The chicken sandwich was dry. Nothing exciting.
The breakfast bagel - it’s supposed to be poched eggs but they were too cooked.
And, the cinnamon bun was a disappointment.

For the price, we were quite disappointed about the food. We went with fairly basic items - maybe not their specialities, but we were really hoping for something better…

Parking: Difficult to find parking. They have a small parking lot for free, but need to be lucky on timing if it’s crowded.

A quaint spot for delicious bakery items, very good coffee and a very good blueberry muffin and tasty breakfast burrito.
Many other offerings available...
Outdoor Cafe style seating available and suggested.
It was obvious that the locals frequent this spot by the many quick "phone-in" pick up orders.
Set back from the "main drag" but well worth the effort to find.
Google Maps got us there with no problems ?
