Mercado is a great place to go! Good cocktails, specials, decor, eats, and more. I've been here twice now, and while the small plates, starters, salads, tacos, vegetable based dishes, entree, and beyond are solid... I'm always more up for their wine and cocktails. (Review for drinks only) Mercado has multiple restaurants across Los Angeles. This one is located near the Grove. We just popped in for a couple of refreshments during happy hour! There is happy hour seven days a week at this location: on Saturday happy hour is from 4-6pm. Menu can be found online! We enjoyed some margaritas and cold beers! We both had the ribeye special. It was perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. Their guacamole is some of the best I've ever had at a restaurant. Their chips complement their guacamole to a t. When I think of their micheladas, my mouth waters. Diego is one of best servers I've had in a very long time. He's attentive, professional and very friendly.
