its bad place no ice-cream in stock & ice cream looked melt and was really hot int the establishment nver coming again
LITERALLY CAME AT 11:30 AM AND THEY WERE CLOSED
Since my dad suddenly and unexpectedly passed away I’ve been really down and haven’t been feeling like my normal happy self. Sometimes when going to restaurants, stores, etc. people treat me a certain way because of how grief has made me look at times. It’s extremely rare to receive good customer service during this time, but not at this location. My nephew (a student at USC) decided to cheer me up one night with an ice cream trip and we decided to visit the Coldstone Creamery USC location. Lupe was our server and she did a phenomenal job. She was very nice and helped me create my dream ice cream combo. The environment was welcoming and clean, and we were even able to try a few new flavors they introduced. Thank you Lupe for making our experience one worth mentioning. You truly are a gem and I appreciate your kind and outstanding service. It really means more to me than you’ll ever know.

Love Coldstone.
The employees .... hate their job.
Literally left and grabbed a milkshake at Chik-Fil-A.
The female employee who is working tonight 12/23/24 @ 5:45pm.... NASTY attitude. Never heard ANY coldstone location talk insuch a condescending tone.
I will take my money elsewhere.

A lot of the employees have terrible attitudes for no apparent reasons. Just extremely rude.

Place was closed when it’s supposed to be open and I drove all the way here for nothing
I experience a horrible customer service, after I purchase two small bananas Carmel crunch ice cream and was asking a little bit of fudge to add on and the Latino girl treated me so bad and I drop the ice cream in the trash can right there and left, me and my family we going there a lots of time , and this will be the last. You should treat customers with some respect , this kind of attitude will kill the business.

So I ordered from this location through their app which apparently is linked through DoorDash. DoorDash picked up the order but I never received it. I saw on the app it kept changing the dasher. Finally called the store, they informed me DoorDash picked it up and dashers keep going into get my order. Long story short, door dash refunded cold stone and cold stone was supposed to refund me bc it was through the app .never got a refund. I called everyday, several times a day and was told the manger Lupe, or the owner would call me back. I even went to the store since my calls weren’t being answered. But when I went to the store at 9:20 they were closed even though their sign and google says 10! I ended up having to put a stop payment on the card through my bank. After all of that, my craving wasn’t satisfied so several days later I decided to go to the store and get my ice cream. I ordered my founders fav. In the “like it” size. The server threw it together and barely mixed it. I asked him to mix it more, which he did but the cup was 1/2 full. I let it go and drove hm (1mile away) and the ice cream was soup. Super melted! I tried to give the store the benefit of the doubt, but it seems like they don’t care. definitely the worst Cold Stone.

On their website and on Google it says they close at 10pm everyday. We just made the drive to cold stone and arrived here at 9:02pm thinking we had plenty of time. Walking up to the door, a blonde female associate started banging on the window and waved her finger gesturing “no” and stated they’re closed and didn’t let us in. Rude. Either adjust your hours on your websites or adjust your associates.

I drove 30 minutos to get here before it closes at 10:00 pm. I arrived at 9:40 and found the entire restaurant locked up with the lights off. Someone was working inside. I knocked on the door. He looked at me, looked at his watch, and shrugged. Either the hours on Google Maps are wrong or the employees decided to close 20+ minutes early.

The worst Cold Stone I've been to. The prices are higher than other cold stones, it's much dirtier, understaffed (usually only 1 person for 10 people), the ice creams are old and icy rather than creamy, and the toppings are old (marshmellows were hard as rock even though they said they're fresh). Don't support this store, the owners don't care at all and they shouldn't be in charge. It's a different thing compared to other stores like say in manhattan beach.
I’m here in line and there’s only one worker and there’s a line how can’t this company afford another worker ? We legit waited 30 minutes to get our order and the line got big, I’ve attached fotos.
Went in and the whole place was a mess, the person taking our order didn’t inform them of the allergen policy and when the supervisor/manager heard of our peanut allergy she rudely commented that she could not accommodate and would have to serve the ice cream plain although having already put the ice cream on the cold stone. She said anything that touches the cold stone is cross contaminated (so apparently they don’t clean it) and didn’t even offer to make another ice cream that wouldn’t cause an allergic reaction. Overall super rude and disrespectful despite us being friendly.
