shocked to see that this place was closed due to LUNCH!?What kind of management doesn’t have enough employees to rotate their lunches in order to keep doors open.. it was 3:50pm ??♂️??♂️

Went in for a scoop of ice cream-- the girl gave it to me and it was dripping out the sides after she put the cover on, as it was so melted. I took it off and it looked like milkshake texture- as I was checking out, I noted this, and I asked for a different cup. She goes over to the ice cream and I ask if they were all that melted-- she nonchalantly replies, "No, I think it was just that one. All the ice creams looked really melted....I asked if there was any in the back freezer or anything like that. She stares at me and goes, "You want it frozen?" It is SUPPOSED TO BE FROZEN. It's ice cream! She went in the back and got me actual ice cream, better than fully melted but still not completely hard. Safe to say I will not be back.

Because it's by usc i would think it's always busy but it's not . The parking is in back at a not so big parking lot that's used for chipotle chick fa la & other places so be patient if you can't find a spot quick. My husband loves milkshakes so when we lived close by this was an after dinner walk weekly . Always some light music being played with one maybe two workers at a time.

Ordered online and left a tip. After waiting a hour for one Mix & Go, it was canceled via e-mail. The CSC website reads to give them a call; it goes to a voicemail. No order allowed.

I don't usually like to leave low star reviews but this one was such a huge disappointment :-( they have only like 7 flavors in stock, all soupy and melted
Business hours say open at 11am. I arrived at 12pm on a Monday and they were still seething up. So unprofessional.

Closed early Update hours Losing money from customers who want ice cream, people are cleaning from 9-10, which is fine, but please update your hours It will make it easier for both sides

Never support this local business. They totally fail to meet the customer expectations in terms of service quality, response time, or overall customer experience.I placed order online for 8 inches birthday cake and scheduled pick up tomorrow, but there's something wrong with the system cuz I checked out with $0 paid for the order. It's around 9:10 pm but I couldn't get contact with them, no one picked up phone call although the store closed @ 10pm. Then I still got email confirmation from them to pick up cake tomorrow. I asked my husband to pick up cake for me when he's back home from work. I told him I hadn't paid yet. But when he arrived and was told nothing is free by the lady. He said he's willing to pay but that lady said there's no cake ready for us. My husband called and told me what's happened when he's driving back home. Then I called the store and talked to one of 2 ladies that I already placed and got confirmation, so there's supposed to have cake ready for us. She repeated there's nothing free, I told her that because of your online system issues, it doesn't mean we don't want to pay. You guys should call customer to confirm or excuse about system issue and ask customer to pay when you see the order, or even you can email to cancel my order, so we can place order somewhere else and don't need to waist time to drive here, but you guy do nothing. You guys already ruin my daughter birthday. Then she hang up phone call on me while I was talking and never pick up my call lolz. Nice customer skill I have never seen lolz
