Since my dad suddenly and unexpectedly passed away I’ve been really down and haven’t been feeling like my normal happy self. Sometimes when going to restaurants, stores, etc. people treat me a certain way because of how grief has made me look at times. It’s extremely rare to receive good customer service during this time, but not at this location. My nephew (a student at USC) decided to cheer me up one night with an ice cream trip and we decided to visit the Coldstone Creamery...

I come here for lunch and get a smoothie. The smoothies are pretty good and a nice alternative to other options. They cost $7 for a small and $8 for a large. The large cups are double the size for only a dollar more.

Last time I went for lunch the worker was helping 3 others and I waited more than 10 minutes in line only to be told that they did not have ice and could not make smoothies.

I would recommend going but not if you are in a time...
