Always great

Emese S.

Collage Coffee has a simple, yet nicely curated offering of coffee and teas with a shot of charming calm. I chose their cold brew, which had the right amount of zing, along with a chocolate chip cookie on the side that was sweet and chewy.

Word on the street is that Bub & Grandma’s Pizza shop across the street is opening very soon. And you’ll be smelling the fresh wafts of Collage Coffee’s brew in the late afternoon and evening breeze.

So if you want genuine coffee served by friendly locals, let the welcoming baristas take your order. You can even take a dip into the back garden area where the vintage Elsa Cakes & Bakery sign still hangs proudly above (IFYKYK).

This place is a sparkly gem.

Juan and Andrew are dreamboats, and I have seen more than one stranger become a dear friend under the dappled light of the big old tree. The flat white is a little treasure for the mouth, and the vanilla syrup is a nice touch if you're feeling naughty. It's funny when I think about my mom judging me for paying $5 for a cup of coffee. The truth is I've gotten great gigs working on some of my favorite projects ever from people I literally met at Collage Coffee. This tiny perfect shop is worth its weight in gold. Or some other more otherworldly substance.

In the words of Romeo & Juliet,

“When he shall die,
Take him and cut him out in little stars,
And he will make the face of heaven so fine
That all the world will be in love with night
And pay no worship to the garish sun.”

That's my rating.
A million little stars.
And they light up the whole world.

No knowledge if banana bread was gluten free and/or no gluten free options. Very ostracizing to the celiac community. Do better.

I love it here and am here every day, barring travel or some catastrophe. The staff are friendly and the cappuccinos and lattes deeply flavorful, never bitter or burnt. Their pleasant little patio is a couple of doors to the west and down a stone path.

Parking: You can actually park for free in the post office lot to the east, and otherwise street parking is easy to find, especially early in the day.
