This place is a sparkly gem.
Juan and Andrew are dreamboats, and I have seen more than one stranger become a dear friend under the dappled light of the big old tree. The flat white is a little treasure for the mouth, and the vanilla syrup is a nice touch if you're feeling naughty. It's funny when I think about my mom judging me for paying $5 for a cup of coffee.
