Continental Bakery offers a variety of pastries, Salvadoran pupusas, tamales, and rotisserie chicken. The bread and iced horchata with espresso drink are particularly delicious. The service is not the fastest but they are very friendly. The place is usually busy, and seating is often taken. The baked goods are decent, and the cheese pastry is very good. The tamales have a lot of flavor and are different from Mexican tamales, with not too much dough. The coffee is also good. The decor is very plain, and the restaurant is not ideal for dining in with kids. Parking can be challenging as it is a shared lot with limited spaces. Don't expect much English here, but that's part of the fun. They take credit or debit cards, and there are tables if you want to eat there.
