Blue Bird Burgers

The burgers were really yummy. I would pass on the fries. Or would want them to be a bit more crunchy. The Texas burger had the perfect balance of meat, cheese, bar b que sauce on a nicely toasted bun. The California burger was just as yummy. Would go back and make this a regular spot. Everything seemed fresh. The cook was very attentive and took the time to make the food properly. There are no tables to eat there. It's a to go spot. We don't have a problem with that.

The reviews are legit! Blue Bird serves up super fresh, tasty, juicy burgers from an unassuming location. Yes, it's inside an alcohol and convenience store. There's a counter serve grill in the back where they cook up the burgers. The owner Tony was very friendly and pleasant to talk with. This is one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life. No cap. My partner and I walked past this corner store before and just guessed that they probably had good food. Well, we have finally confirmed that. When we came around 1-2 ish the had temporarily run out of wings but my partner was able to order lemon pepper seasoned fries to satisfy that desire from the wings. I ordered the tex mex burger.
