Another authentic hole in the wall needs to be discovered Oaxaca/El Salvadoran restaurant. I tried the pupusas/cheese & jalapeño which was just right not to spicy yet full of flavor. The salsa was more like a mole flavorful but not too spicy just right. My new favorite is the shrimp cocktail, lots of shrimp with excellent seafood flavor/fresh. I put my lime on the chips provided and enjoyed with family. 2 pupusas/cocktail -25 bucks for feeling like you just were in El Salvador. The cooks are from El Salvadoran so Oaxacan dishes have an El Salvadoran slant but in a good way.

Very bad experience, we arrived at the restaurant and it turns out that they give us the Salvadoran menu. We do not criticize the Salvadoran food, only that they deceived us by saying that it is 100 percent Oaxacan food and it turns out that it is not like that...total disappointment.

The best Chile Rellenos and Cafe de olla! I don't know why Yelp doesn't have their restaurant listed. I highly recommend

Reasons why I won't give 5 stars are because I encountered a huge fly hovering around during my visit. Second, the apple bits in my ensalada de fruta agua fresca weren't crisp indicating that it wasn't fresh and lastly they have a different interpretation of cecina from their region(which is fine but could advise the consumer as I was expecting the other version). Waitress was very attentive, 4/5 flavor, tortilla very consistent. Last but not least I Would recommend more meat(poquito carne Amigos), $50 and don't think I got close to A 1lb /: ! Overall they were very friendly, attentively at your service and flavors were all there !!

I love this place! Great prices. Authentic!Authentic products and spices native to Oaxaca along with other great Mexican brands. Don't leave without Quecillo (Queso Oaxaca) and Oaxaca coffee and chocolate - it's better than any other region. On day of the dead, this store has so many beautiful flowers and Dia de Los Muertos bread, candy and candles!Great prices. Parking can be tricky.
