Craft by Smoke & Fire in DTLA is a spacious restaurant with excellent customer service. The staff, especially Jackie, was attentive and friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable. The Como La Flor cocktail with a Selena imprint was a hit, and the brisket fundido was delicious with tender brisket and gooey cheese. The shrimp tacos were also well-made with light and crispy fried shrimp. Despite one friend not enjoying their soup, the management handled it graciously. The restaurant has a great vibe, perfect for socializing, and celebrating special occasions like birthdays and retirements. Matt, another exceptional server, ensured a welcoming ambiance for all guests. Craft by Smoke & Fire is highly recommended for a fun and delicious dining experience.
