Culina Ristorante and Caffè

We were there for their Thanksgiving brunch and it was a huge disappointment. 1. We were seated in the back room where they rolled out banquet tables and chairs. I think paying $250 per person to eat as if I'm paying half price is not appropriate. 2. When I asked the host for a new table, instead of even pretending, she asked what exactly I didn't like about the table and said there wasn't anything she could do. 3. They claim they have live music but... when you are put into the back room sitting on banquet chairs, we can't really hear anything that's going on in the actual restaurant. Bc we weren't eating in the restaurant.... We ate in the back closet. 4. They didn't even have the BASIC Thanksgiving desserts: pecan pie and pumpkin pie. How do you have a Thanksgiving buffet, chatting $250 pp and not have the basic holiday dessert? 5. Every other parties that were brought to this back closet room demanded another table and seemed to be taken away. Except for us, some breastfeeding woman, someone else that brought a DOG, and a group who came in literal sweatpants. Meanwhile, our family took time to dress nice and wear matching outfits. We will never forget the experience and the way the manager and host made us feel like second class citizens or as if we were being given half off for our meals. To pay $1700 for brunch to be treated that way is unacceptable. I can't add photos bc we didn't waste time taking pics of the abhorrent banquet room and banquet tables n chairs. Additionally right above our table was a huge water stain. Truly gross for a four seasons experience. I've been going to their brunches for Mother's Day in the past and have been sat inside the restaurant and have had good service but after today, will never to back. We let the manager know and he couldn't have cared less.A

Our server Juanita was amazing. Dealing with 8 people is never easy but Juanita was very attentive and made sure we got everything we needed. Juanita was very fun and made us laugh which topped off the night for us.

The service was really good, it was the best part of our dining experience at Culina. Juan did an amazing job taking care of us. Food was good and the drinks were amazing. Highly recommend the yellowtail.

The food was so good here as you would expect from the four seasons, but honestly our experience was completely highlighted by the service. Huge shout-out to our server Juan who just made us feel so at ease and cared so much about our party! Also so fun to be at a place that is SO dog friendly. There was a full menu for our pupper and everyone at the restaurant was obviously excited to see him. Even brought out an extra treat for him! Seriously though, when we come back, it'll be to see Juan! If you get served by them, then please say hi from us!

The total bill for two guess for breakfast was entirely too much! The parking was $15/car and when I arrived I asked my car to be parked upfront (as they have always done for years), but when my guess and I went to retrieve our cars we were told to pay $15/ car. Previously, I would tip the valet both prior and when I picked up the car. As you can imagine, we both were surprised.

Such a great restaurant with lovely staff. We were dressed in theme park clothes and they treated us like royalty. Highly recommend.

Had the best time celebrating my birthday here! We love the menu right now - everything is a hit! Juan made us feel like a million bucks. He's outstanding!

Always a great experience, sometimes would be good to have a few more standards on their seasonal menu. They make great soups too, wish they'd always have those!

Juan was amazing as our server and really made the evening special. We were celebrating a birthday from the UK and he really went out of his way to make the night special. Fantastic food as always.

I booked a reservation at this restaurant to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. The restaurant was absolutely gorgeous, and because it was a Tuesday evening, it was both quiet and intimate. Our server, Juan, was the best server we could have asked for. He is kind, gives excellent recommendations, and is an amazing photographer. He went over and above to make our experience truly unforgettable. The spicy vodka pizza was fantastic, the tortelli was delicious, and the potatoes were amazing. I found this restaurant by chance on Google, and it did not disappoint in the slightest. I highly recommend this restaurant and Juan's service to anyone who gets the chance to visit this area.
