I left no stars for food because we left before eating. This is a service review.Me and my lady came for lunch and were beyond shocked by the service we received. I’m not the type to name names but the service was awful. We were moved twice because of the menu we wanted to order off of after they made the mistake. NOT 4 seasons quality service. We spent a week this month at the 4 seasons London and this was beyond sub par. However we went to The Blvd at the Beverly wilshire when we left and felt delighted with the service and greetings we received. What an amazing staff over here at the Beverly wilshire with a superb menu and terrific atmosphere

New chefs apparently and they are just average cooks! Yellow tail apps were bland, meatballs lacked flavor, homemade bread was good risotto boring lacked flavor, shrimp pasta was delicious but salty. Lemon delight dessert was hard and hard to eat presentation was nice. Waited over 30 mins for entrees! $500 for 5 people not worth the price.

Culina is one of my favorite restaurants in Beverly Hills! The pasta is outstanding, and adding a pizza is always a good idea. I booked a table to celebrate my wife on International Women's Day. It was spontaneous and I was afraid we couldn't get a good table. Culina completely took care of us! The service is at the "pampered" level. Thank you Culina!

Underneath the Four Seasons hotel, there is a very elegant restaurant. It's a bit pricey, but you get excellent flavors and impeccable service in return. Definitely try the Oyster, Risotto, and Bronzini.

This is by far the best service in LA. Always there, but not hovering. Super professional and also genuinely nice. Culina is the perfect setting for ALL occasions; an oat milk cappuccino and catching up on emails at the coffee bar, lunch meeting to impress (try the antioxidant salad - delicious), afternoon pizza outside by the waterfall or a romantic dinner. I suggest everyone stop by Culina. The world washes away when you walk in the door. Everyone needs to feel a little spoiled once in a while.

Always an excellent experience. The menu has new additions that made for a delightful lunch. The staff is consistently professional, friendly, anticipates our needs and offered suggestions. It is welcoming to be confident in the quality of food, great menu selections and outstanding service. Can't wait to return.

Our experience was great! The dining room is beautiful (we went for dinner). The room was dimly lit and warm and cozy. Service is what you would expect at a Four Seasons dining venue, friendly, attentive and unobtrusive! Everyone loved their meal. The pastas were perfectly prepared and the pizza bread was delicious as was the Caesar salad. Save room for the wide selection of desserts. The sorbets were a great refreshing way to end the meal.

I absolutely recommend ‘Culina,’ where we celebrated our daughter's 16th birthday last Saturday. The place had the perfect vibe – fancy yet cozy, not too loud, and just the right atmosphere. The highlight for me was our fantastic waiter-sorry, I don’t remember his name, but he was a tall and handsome guy wearing glasses. Despite a minor hiccup in our order, his exceptional service resulted in a complimentary dish that pleasantly surprised us. Although too full for dessert, he went above and beyond, treating us to a delightful birthday treat. He even shared a personal connection, having a son the same age as our daughter, and genuinely congratulated her. His attentive and caring approach surpassed standard customer service. Huge thanks for making our daughter's birthday so special! You are the best!!. And, of course, the food was incredibly delicious.

Although it was NYE, our server asked if we were in a hurry- we said no- we ordered bottle of wine, they didn't have it and he brought us something more expensive- didn't allow us to choose a different one. Then Ignored us for 45 min while he took care of other tables- we sat down at 9:30 and at 11:40 pm had to ask for the desert and check so we wouldn't miss the count down!! We made the countdown with 4 minutes to spare in their lounge!!

Culina appears to have a new chef and the food has become very bland. Not a fan of reducing the Sunday buffet from three rooms with a great variety of choices to much more limited choices in a single room. The Sunday buffet brunch is no longer the special experience it used to be. Ambience remains great and the service is still friendly and attentive.
