Delicious meat cooked at the table!
There are many Korean BBQ in Ktown and there is Daedo. Unique and exquisite... Definitely not your ordinary meat or meal you have experienced elsewhere. Every item served are meticulously prepared to perfection. Their Korean Radish kimchi (kkakdoogi) and dwenjang (fermented bean paste) is just out of this world amazing, they have a profoundly rich and complex flavor that can only be achieved through using only natural ingredients, traditional methods, and most importantly time....read full review
Overall was good, food meat quality was excellent, soup not so much. Service was excellent and ambience is very modern and high end .

The establishment specializes in prime beef varieties, including the Daedo Cut, which features Certified Angus Beef such as ribeye roll, ribeye cap, and ribeye strip, along with unique "Sujo" options. The restaurant boasts a high-end ambiance with an open kitchen view, super high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. The quality of meat is excellent, soft, buttery, and just right. The sweet and spicy cold noodles were amazing and the kakdugi fried rice was a masterpiece. The beef consomme was also great with many chunks of meat. The service is attentive and helpful with excellent recommendations. It is a classy way to enjoy Korean BBQ, a fantastic choice for KBBQ enthusiasts, providing a clean and elevated dining experience that is worth trying.
The place is well-kept and clean. The atmosphere was stylish and clean, making it a great place to have meaningful conversations. The brass tableware was a nice touch too. The staff kindly grilled and cut everything for the customers, which made the experience even more comfortable. The ice cream served at the end was the perfect finish. Customers are satisfied about the excellent customer service and delicious gourmet food. The manager, Yeeun Min, was so nice and courteous.
