Future brides looking for a wedding venue in LA -- DO IT!!!
I got married here on May 3rd, 2025, and I truly cannot rave enough about De La Nonna and The Let's Go Disco. We had a 120-person wedding and used both spaces -- De La Nonna for our ceremony and reception, and The Let's Go Disco for the after-party.
From the very beginning, the team was incredibly accommodating to all of our (many) creative requests. My husband is an illustrator and designer, so we created a fully custom escort wall where every guest was drawn by hand with their table number on the back. The team happily stored away and rearranged furniture to give us space between the two venues to make it happen.
In addition to the escort wall, we brought in some rentals like a photobooth, a heart-shaped arch, larger tables and chairs -- not because we needed to (they already had great options), but because we wanted big tables. They accommodated everything with no issues and no hidden charges, truly allowing us to transform the space into exactly what we envisioned.
We also wanted a champagne tower, and they had no problem letting us bring in a vendor -- they even helped serve champagne pre-ceremony so guests had drinks while they waited.
They provided two DJs, both of whom were amazing -- and if you can request DJ Seano, DO IT. He was truly incredible and MC'd our ceremony moments and wedding speeches flawlessly, collaborating with us to make sure the vibes were exactly what we wanted and that our favorite songs were played all night long.
The food was INCREDIBLE and this is another reason we wanted to do it here. Literally every single guest came up to us to tell us how incredible it was - the salads, the pizza, the oysters - everything was PERFECTION.
Our day flowed seamlessly from pre-ceremony champagne service, to ceremony, to cocktail hour with amazing hors d'oeuvres, to our dinner reception (complete with speeches and a family tradition game of bingo), and then into The Let's Go Disco for our first dance, cake cutting, and an unforgettable party.
We were a little nervous about getting married in DTLA, especially for out-of-town guests unfamiliar with the area, but between the Arts District's private security and the two dedicated security guards provided by De La Nonna/The Let's Go Disco, everyone felt completely safe and taken care of and we had zero issues!!!
What truly made this experience exceptional, beyond the food and the chic, beautiful space, was the staff. From planning through the wedding day itself, they were thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything felt special and seamless. As I was walking down the aisle, I made eye contact with one of the staff members -- and she was crying!! That moment says everything.
I truly cannot imagine a better place to get married in Los Angeles. Thank you to everyone -- and especially Jose, Mia, and Patrick -- for making all of our wedding dreams come true.

I'd give atmosphere a 6 out of 5 if I could, such a cool place! The food was great and surprisingly lighter than you'd think with a thicker crust. The staff was warm and the music was a great selection of some 80's bangers. Will return with more people!

De La Nonna has a really charming setup tucked near the arts district and not far from Little Tokyo. The outdoor patio feels like a garden nook with brick flooring, warm string lights woven through the trees, and cozy seating that makes the space feel relaxed and intimate. Inside has the same inviting atmosphere with soft lighting, plants, and a stylish but comfortable layout.
We came in as a family on a Saturday evening and even though reservations were already active, they still managed to seat us. That alone started things on a positive note. The staff was great across the board, attentive without hovering, and genuinely welcoming.
A pleasant surprise was that their happy hour actually extends into the weekend. I will never say no to a nine dollar glass of red wine, especially when it tastes better than expected. Price wise, it’s your standard Los Angeles restaurant — not cheap, but nothing shocking either. The appetizers were tasty, although definitely on the smaller side.
Where it fell short for me was the pizza. It wasn’t bad; in fact, it had a nice buttery flavor. But the style just isn’t my preference. It felt more like a thick slab of bread with a light layer of cheese, some sauce, and pepperoni added on top. I know plenty of people enjoy this style, but it’s not what I look for when I’m craving pizza.
Overall, though, the ambience, service, and drinks were great. I’m giving it four stars because everything around the pizza was genuinely enjoyable — the pizza simply wasn’t my style.

Kinda a weird dining experience, you have to order at the iPads first, and then if you want more stuff the waiters will take your order? Didn’t really make sense to me, but the lemon pizza was pretty incredible

We ordered focaccia along with our salads to start. It tasted like last week’s cold stale bread from the grocery store. We did enjoy the salads but were really shocked they would serve and charge for that bread. We shared linguini pasta w prawns. The prawns were either overcooked or old, the pasta and sauce were so-so. Nothing special. Wouldn’t go back.

I would describe De La Nonna as an elevated pizza restaurant. As with most pizza joints, they serve up beer, salad and pizza, but this not your standard fare.
Start off with a craft beer, wine, or a fancy cocktail (or mocktail). Lots of choices to be had.
For starters, we ordered the market salad which had a fantastically light tangerine(?) dressing. The dressing on the ceaser salad was a bit heavy, but it was still tasty.
The eggplant caponata appeared to have been lightly fried and coated in a sweet and savory sauce. Very good.
As for the pizzas, all were insanely good. Each was like a pillowy soft deep dish pizza and they all came with the best crispy edges.
IMO the roasted mushroom pizza was the best — and I'm not a fan of mushrooms.
Prices are a bit higher than you would find at a typical pizza place, but again, these are not your typical pizzas. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere, chill.
Dietary restrictions: They were able to accommodate customers with celiacs.

Last minute resv of 25 & De La Nonna said sure & welcome!
Crudo was awesome, Ceasar crisp & creamy. Pizza is neither thin or thick & nicely chewy
One of the worse pizzas I ever had! They serve greasy fried focaccia bread for pizza dough. Very unpleasant. Drink was good

Cute spot with great music. The food is ok, not exactly what I'd call pizza, more like focaccia. Nice wine and cocktails
