It was amazing to experience Chef Sago’s delicious and truly artistic meal. My husband and I have eaten so much omakase throughout the years but for some reason every dish we tried here was absolutely something new with ingredients we never knew could be combined. Came here for my birthday and had a lovely time. I’m not usually a fan of mackerel but I actually enjoyed all of their mackerel ones- esp the Spanish mackerel so that was surprising. There were a lot of workers/servers and had a bit of a stoic atmosphere.
I am the kinda girl who will just go anywhere if its fancy - that said; i don't love sushi to be real. but like, this place still slapped. i was absolutely vibing with this sushi. normally i'd be like oh hey no way - but here i was like what the hellyante another crab handroll please! slaps all around.
