Smothered pork and fried chicken breast is one of my favorite food here. Service is fast and friendly. It has been always been one of my favorite spot for lunch. Only one things that i don't like about is wait time, Otherwise this place is simply great!
I am absolutely done with this place! I will never, ever, never, ever, again Darken the door of this Establishment! And I will let everyone, I mean everyone that I know to do the same! I went after the Fires to order Dinners for 3 Suffering families due to the loss of their Altadena Homes, and I order by phone.. I was quoted a certain price by phone... I was quite clear on what she said... However upon arriving at the Eatery to pick up my order... I was given a different price...
Hey you guys so this place is small and gets packed and sometimes have long wait lines I don't remember seeing a restroom but you can eat outside. I got smothered pork chop was ok the Turkey wings were good and the chicken is OK. If you looking to eat no so bad soul food. They can get pricey but good portions and the Turkey is only sold on Sundays. The parking is very crazy but you can park at Leimert Park and visit the vendors like me Bredazzled and support small business....
