I was hoping that it was just a one time thing but the boba is not firm and chewy anymore. The last four times I've gone, they've been over cooked. So badly that once I had to reorder my drink with grass jelly.

I like this place, the drinks are always consistently good, parking is easy to find in the evening, and it’s generally very clean. The staff are nice too. One thing I really found gross was that they allow animals inside. I love animals, don’t get me wrong. But there are tables outside for that. Someone legitimately brought their cat with them inside the store, and stayed there for at least 30ish minutes…it was gross lol.

I absolutely love the Bobas at this small spot. The bobas are out of this world!!! The tapioca pearls are very soft, their jellies are great as well and all the drinks just taste soo good. I haven't had a drink here that I didn't like! So very good. I order from them at least once a week. I'm probably going to go there again this weekend!!! Unfortunately the parking is limited to paid street parking. So be prepared to search for parking. It'll still be well...
