Horrible food options, every station closes early by 7pm to clean up early. Cold options bad. Zero customer service.

My experience at UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center highlights everything broken about the U.S. healthcare system. I was charged $4,270 just for walking in the door, and a total of $9,190 for a few simple stitches on my eyelid. Beyond the shocking bill, I spent over 6 hours waiting in a dirty tent, only to be moved inside where I waited another 2–3 hours before finally seeing a doctor. This isn’t just about UCLA it’s about how hospitals in America can bill patients outrageous amounts while making them wait for hours in poor conditions. Patients deserve safe, clean care at a fair price, not financial exploitation on top of an already stressful medical situation. I don't recommend this hospital to anyone!

Good hospital food and different selections daily with affordable pricing.
I had to close the clamp on IV due to the large amount of air. nursers took over 15 to fix. this could have killed someone. also arm is infected and within the last 24 hours 6 cases of sepsis have came in.
There’s only one cashier during the busiest time of the day 7 am & 7 pm, the other cashier is busy filing some stuff. I hope that they have to correct this, so you don’t have to stand in line for 15-30 minutes.

The male staff at the international station consistently gives smaller portions to women compared to men, which is discriminatory. Assuming women eat less is a form of bias. Everyone pays the same price for their meal, so everyone should receive the same portion!

The food was way cheaper, healthier, and better than those selling outside. They had different options for us to choose.

Business hours not honored. They start to clean up and shut down more than a full hour before the posted business hours.
Food is mediocre and always cold.
Service is almost non existent and worst of all the cost of food varies from person to person and is made up based on how much they feel like charging you.
Absolutely the LAZIEST EMPLOYEES EVER

I was surprised of all the good food they have so many options not what I expected for a hospital cafeteria. The one place I don't recommend is the pizza section the people who serve you are always with an attitude. We are going through something bad with our son and we finally decide to go and grab something to eat and have someone serve you with there attitude it doesn't help at all. Those who serve also speak Spanish, that's good because a lot of Hispanic people who don't come in because they don't know that oh, but oh, a lot of good healthy food and those who serve are friendly, well, except those who serve the pizza are bitter without customer service, it's better not to eat to go with them I just are the ones for the pizzas. The cleaners have a better attitude than them.
