There were so many flavours! It was so hard to pick. I love that a lot of the flavours are puns of emo band names. We opted for the rose and pistachio one and the brûlée. Both were delicious.

the vast majority of donuts you will eat in your life are truly terrible. the donuts at donut friend are pretty decent. however, i grade on a curve, so the donuts at donut friend are heavenly compared to the average donut. if you have only had mediocre donuts before, i would try donut friend. however, i will continue on my quest to find a truly good donut in this godforsaken city.
had: - chocolate glazed - old fashioned - lemon poppy
overall each well fulfilled their respective roles as common donut archetypes. not too sugary, all chocolate used was quite acceptable (nothing european levels but quite good nonetheless), a bit strong on the lemon taking away from the donut base but ill give it a pass.
i knowingly have extremely high standards, and donut friend generally meets them. would strongly recommend.
